Craig B. Clayton, Sr., is the founder and CEO of iNSPIRAR Consulting.  He also recently launched the Equitable Workplace Institute to provide organizations with access to training and professional development tools.  In 1999, he became the Director & Diversity Strategist with the University of Houston's International Institute for Diversity & Cross-Cultural management located in the c.t. Bauer College of Business. He served in that role for 18 years.  In 2003 he formed the Spartacus Group, a Global Diversity & Consulting Firm based in Humble, Texas.  He specializes in providing organizations with executive strategies and business practices that create measurable processes that improve employee performance, productivity, and profitability through creating culturally competent leaders, managers, and organizations.

Craig has a seasoned talent for designing and facilitating executive leadership workshops and creating customized corporate cultural assessments by using focus groups, surveys, and employee interviews.  He has designed and developed training curricula; facilitated training sessions; mentored diversity councils, committees, and board members; and designed and developed programs and services to support organizations in their efforts to create and sustain long-term change in their corporate culture.
